This Data Privacy Notice is for the People We Support (PWS). It includes all PWS regardless of the service provided.

All the information obtained and processed is provided directly from you and other agencies when warrened such as NHS. All the information you provide is used in the provision of support or advice to you.
In some circumstances the Company may share this information with other organisations such as local health board, local authority or other local charities as part of our support service to you. It may also be shared, when warranted to obtain or arrange for additional or external support services to meet your needs.

electrically it is deleted using electronic deletion. If held in paper copy the information is shredded
